  • What are your Terms & Conditions?
    Cost of purchased items on behalf of client will be not be included service estimate. Please note while running personal errands cost may incur, copy of receipts will be included with invoices at the customers request. Service for Errand Wizards will be clearly indicated and marked on client invoices. We try to accommodate all request by our customers. We do ask for 24 hours notice for Errand Wizards Services and if same day service is needed we will do our best to accommodate based on staff/service availability. Errand Wizards reserves the right to refuse service. The reason for refusal would be classified under the following categories. Unsafe request, risk of personal harm, sign of criminal intent and any sign of discriminatory practices noted based on sex, race, marital status.
  • What is your Privacy Policy
    PRIVACY POLICY: Errand Wizards respects all clients personal information. All information collected will be saved for the use of our own communications only. We will never sell or share any client information. By submitting request for estimates or services you are granting Errand Wizards permission to send communications. Third party services would only receive your personal information with your knowledge for a requested service, no additional solicitation would be added. If at any time a customer does not want their information saved in our data base it can be removed by contacting Errand Wizards directly at info@errandwizards.ca Please note that by using our service, website and contact forms you are consenting to our use, collection of information and privacy policy.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard , Electronic Fund Transfer "EFT" and Errand Wizards Gift Certificates. Note: Any returned NSF Cheques will be subject to a charge of $35.00 +Any additional bank charges that can apply.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes we are insured as a independent company and have General Liability small buiness insurance in place. Some services we provide will include a Client Liability Waiver to be signed (Pet Transportation, Seniors Aid and Transport of good over insured value)
  • What areas do you service?
    Currently The Newmarket & Aurora Area but expanding to other areas soon. Please contact us if you are outside our areas and we can see if we can accommodate your request.
